It was quite a celebration on Sunday as we had the opportunity to be with our sending church, the East Side Grace Brethren Church,
as they commissioned John and Kate to be fully engaged in thequest. It was a beautiful time to be together with our spiritual family.
They were encouraged by what God is doing in and through us. We were encouraged by receiving a couple that God has specially called to out
In addition, it was a time that celebrated two bigger things:
1) the mission of our major urban centers in North America. See John and Kate were sent about 2 years ago to London--the real one in England :). It was important that they were sent to our fair city as well. came to the front.
2) the embracing of multiple models/styles to reach people. East Side has been so generous and gracious in resourcing thequest even though we are doing church in a totally different way. It is beautiful for the embracing and celebrating such diversity.
Sundays at 10:30am @ the Library in 2nd Ave School, 68 E. Second Ave.

Radiant Singleness--Leslie Ludy
"Krissy is not just content in her singleness...she is radiant in her singleness. Not that she is just tickled pink about being single. But she sees this season of her life as nothing less than a precious gift from God...."
